Ryukyu Onsen Naminoue no Yu (HOTEL SANSUI NAHA)
A natural hot spring from 500 m underground inside HOTEL SANSUI NAHA, near Naminoue Shrine in central Naha, with indoor baths, open-air baths and saunas, open to day visitors. The official page says "TATTOO OK": people with tattoos can use the hot spring after filling in a declaration form ("申告書をご記入いただければ温泉をご利用いただけます"). The large baths are closed for cleaning 11:00-14:00.

Ryukyu Onsen Ryujin no Yu (Senagajima Hotel)
A natural hot spring from 1,000 m underground at Senagajima Hotel on Senaga Island, about 15 min by car from Naha Airport, with open-air baths looking out on the sea and planes landing on the airport's second runway. Day visitors can use it. The official page and FAQ refuse people with tattoos ("刺青(入れ墨)、タトゥーをされている方…のご入浴をお断り"). The hotel has no private bath.
