The official price page says people with tattoos, including tattoo stickers, may not use the baths ("刺青、タトゥー、タトゥーシールのある方はご利用できません"). The site gives no formal spring-quality name, so it is left blank.

Weekdays, junior high school and older; ¥1,000 on weekends and holidays. App members ¥800 / ¥900. Children (3 to elementary school) ¥400.
