You can go in with tattoos
A hilltop day-use hot spring above the Kofu Basin with two separate bath areas, "Atchi no Yu" and "Kotchi no Yu", known for open-air baths facing Mt. Fuji at sunrise and night views of the basin. It opens about one hour before sunrise. The official FAQ says "people with tattoos can also bathe" ("タトゥーの入った方もご入浴いただけます"). The official site describes the water as strongly alkaline (pH 10.1) but gives no formal spring-quality name, so that field is left blank. Cash only.
