You can go in if your tattoos are covered
A natural hot spring on the 9th floor of a building near Shin-Osaka Station, with seven baths, a sauna and a foot bath, open from 6:00 on weekdays. Its official FAQ says guests with tattoos may bathe only if the tattoo can be fully covered with the bath's own cover stickers, sold at the front desk.

Weekdays, junior high and up; ¥1,000 at weekends and holidays. Children (4 to primary school) ¥400. A price revision from 1 November has been announced — check the official page.
