A day-use hot spring of the Prince hotel group on the shore of Lake Ashi in Moto-Hakone, using Takogawa Onsen, the newest of Hakone's 17 springs. Its official price page only says use by people with tattoos 'may be partly restricted', without saying how; other pages on the same official site (plan pages) say people with tattoos are firmly refused. Check with the facility before going.
